In today’s episode, I’m going to tell you how giving up 7 things will more than 10X your happiness.

 

Right now, we need all the help we can get when it comes to enhancing and increasing our happiness.

 

We are surrounded by doubt, overwhelm, and chaos, all of which take away from your happiness.

 

My mission with today’s show is to give you HOPE and help you eliminate a few of the obstacles standing in-between you and the happiness you deserve.

 

#1 NEGATIVE SELF TALK

How you speak and think about yourself MATTERS. Create simple positive affirmations about yourself every day.

EX: I AM EVERYTHING I NEED TO BE TO CREATE THE LIFE I DESIRE.

 

#2 THE JUDGEMENT OF YOURSELF & OTHERS

Judgment arises from unmet expectations. Trade your expectations for appreciations.

 

#3 LIVING IN THE PAST

You’re not going in reverse in life. You get the opportunity to write a new chapter of your life every day. Take advantage of it.

 

#4 OVERTHINKING & OVERANALYZING

Don’t get derailed in the details. Imperfect action trumps the perfect plan EVERY time.

 

#5 FEAR OF CHANGE

NOTHING in life stays the same. All we are is energy, and we cannot remain still. Embrace the change and put your focus in forward motion.

 

#6 ACTING LIKE SOMEONE YOU’RE NOT

Today’s reality is everybody’s social media highlight reel. Don’t get caught up in the false reality. Be you. Do you. LOVE you.

 

#7 TRYING TO PLEASE EVERYONE

Be the best you that you can be. BE YOU.
