In this episode, I talk about breaking the chains holding you back from truly living the abundant life you desire.
The truth is that 11% of people desire more out of life. They believe that the better they are, the more they can be for the world. Sadly this means that 89% of us are ok with things exactly how they are and are unwilling and unmotivated to strive for me.
This episode is for those who desire to be more. I believe we were all born for greatness, and with a strong belief and action, we can be, do and have everything we desire.
Most people are held back by the metaphorical chains of:
#1. The old story and who they believe they are.
#2. Professional pressure to be something they don’t want to be.
#3. Societal conditioning to stand in line and shut up.
The idea of breaking free from any of these three is unsettling, uncertain, and creates enough fear to cause us to settle for a life we don’t even like.
In this episode, I will expand on five things you can do that will help you remove the chains and live the life of your dreams.
#1. Motivation ~ this is NOT what you think, so make sure you listen for the truth.
#2. Momentum ~ without it, you will struggle and eventually quit.
#3. Mindset ~ you can be a victim or victor, but you can’t be both.
#4. Movement ~ moving your body opens your brain up for change.
#5. Management of Emotion ~ this is the game-changer.
