In this episode, I answer the age-old question ~ Can a foodie be fit? Meaning, can you love food? I mean freaking love food, all its flavors, textures, and tastebud popping awesome and still be in good shape.
The answer: Of course, you can.
Now before you cancel your workout membership, throw away your Elite Greens and head out for a belly-busting splurge; hear me out.
I LOVE food! Seriously, I love food, but I also love feeling and being fit.
So, how do I manage both of these loves without feeling deprived?
