Here’s what you’ll need:
🍪1 Scoop of Thrive Elite Vanilla Protein (21 grams of protein per scoop) https://www.thriveforeverfit.com/store/
🍪 1 TBSP Almond Butter (or any nut/seed butter of your choice)
🍪 3-4 TBSP Liquid of your choice (we used water)
🍪Lily’s Dark Chocolate Chips
🍪Dairy-Free Whip Cream
1. Add both Vanilla Protein and nut butter to a bowl and slowly add water.
2. SLOWLY stir until a creamy consistency
3. Top with your favorite toppings
