Does This Weekend Really Involve Football?

Okay let’s be honest. We all know that this weekend is known for two things: the food and the commercials. Possibly with a side of the biggest football game of the year.

It is still mind boggling the concept of watching a football game on our butts while consuming who knows what correlates with one another but it is what it is and it’s the same trend that happens year after year.

But in case the Super Bowl temptations take over and when Monday comes around the next day and you’re ready to get back on track, here is the recipe to start the new week right. 

THE THRIVE DETOX SHAKE (the name says it all😁)


• 8 oz unsweetened coconut milk
• 2 cups baby spinach
• 8 frozen blackberries

• 1 cup ice

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
