How To Build the ULTIMATE Memorial Day Menu🇺🇸


Memorial Day Weekend is just around the corner, and what better way to celebrate than with some delicious recipes? 🍽


Here are a few of my favorite high-protein dishes that I’ll be firing up this weekend. 🔥


Raspberry Lemonade Refresher🍋




-1/3 Cup Swerve Granulated Sugar

-1/3 Cup of Water

-1 Small Pack of Raspberries

-1/3 Cup Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice Per Glass

-1 Scoop of Thrive Elite BCAA+

-1 Can of Sparkling Water



1) To make the simple syrup, combine sugar and 1/2 cup water in a medium saucepan over medium heat, stirring until sugar is dissolved, about 2-3 minutes; let cool.

2) Add raspberries to blender and process until smooth, about 1-2 minutes; strain through a cheesecloth or fine sieve.

3) Whisk together raspberry puree, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a bowl. Place in the refrigerator until chilled.

4) Grab a glass and serve over ice, sparkling water, and BCAA+


The Classic Chocolate Chip Cookie🍪



-1 Egg
-1/4 Cup of Coconut Oil
-1 TBSP of Vanilla Extract
-2 Scoops of Thrive ELITE Vanilla Protein
-1 Cup of Almond Flour (can sub for Coconut)
-1/4 Cup of Swerve Sweetener (or sweetener of your choice)
-1/4 TSP of Baking Soda
– Dash of Cinnamon (optional)
-Pinch of Salt (optional)
-1/4 Cup of Chocolate Chips



1. Preheat Oven to 365 degrees
2. Grab a medium-sized bowl and add egg, coconut oil, and Vanilla Extract. Stir in thoroughly.
3. Then add all dry ingredients ~ Thrive Elite Protein, Almond Flour, Baking Soda, Sweetener, Cinnamon, and salt.
4. Combine all ingredients until it forms into a doughy texture.
5. Fold in Chocolate Chips
6. Use a cookie scooper to scoop out dough onto a greased cookie sheet
7. Flatten down cookies (OPTIONAL)
8. Bake in the oven for 10 Minutes (Or until goldened)
9. Allow cookies to cool down, and then ENJOY!!!


Buffalo Chicken Wings🍗



-1-1/2 lb Chicken Wings (or Drumsticks)

-2 TBSP of Almond Butter

-1/4 Cup Hot Pepper Sauce (Frank’s Hot Sauce was my choice)

-1-2 TBSP of Liquid Aminos

-2 TSP of Olive Oil

-1/4 TSP of Sea Salt

-1/4 TSP of Pepper



1. Preheat Air Fryer to 375 Degrees

2. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and spread wings out evenly. Sprinkle Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder over wings.

3. Air Fry for 15 minutes.

4. Meanwhile, soften almond butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir occasionally.

5. When soft, stir in hot pepper sauce, liquid aminos, olive oil, and sea salt. **If sauce gets too thick, add a bit of hot water**

6. After 15 minutes of cooking, remove the wings from the oven. Brush and turn each wing with the sauce. Return to oven for 15 more minutes.

7. Turn each wing, baste with sauce, and return to the oven for five additional minutes or completely cooked.

8. Enjoy!


Blueberry Protein Soft Serve🍦




-1/3 Cup of FROZEN Blueberries
-1/4 of an Avocado
-3-5 Ice Cubes
-1/4 Cup of Almond Milk
-1 Scoop Of Thrive Vanilla Protein



1. Add all ingredients into the blender.
2. Blend & ENJOY!
