So, in honor of this beloved season, here is our Pumpkin Pie inspired energy bites!
The taste of Pumpkin Pie all in one bite (& loaded with protein!!)
Pumpkin Pie Energy Bites
- 1/2 Cup Almond/Cashew Butter
- 1 Cup of Almonds
- 1 tsp Coconut Oil
- 1 scoop of Thrive Elite Vanilla Protein
- 2 Tbsp Flaxseed Meal
- 2 Tbsp Ground Chia Seeds
- 2 Tbsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- Put all ingredients into Food Processor
- Refrigerate up to 30 min- 1-hour
- Scoop out into ball formation. Makes about 10-12 bites
