Pumpkin Protein Shake

Pumpkin Protein Shake (made in my Vita-Mix):

  • 1 cup of cold water
  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (I use sfh Pure Whey – http://www.sfh.com/products/whey_protein/2lb_bags/pure_whey_-_2lb_bag – Use VIP Discount Code: NIXON and receive 10% off your order)
  • 4 ounces of Plain Coconut Milk Greek Yogurt (So Delicious brand) Soy Free, Dairy Free
  • 3 tablespoons of Organic Pumpkin (I used Framer’s Market brand from Whole Foods – see picture)
  • 1 tablespoon of Hemp Hearts
  • 1 tablespoon of Chia Seed
  • 1 tablespoon of ground Flaxseed
  • 1 tablespoon of Cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon of Maca (optional)
  • I also added 3 ice cubes to make it thicker and colder
