  1. Combine all ingredients and blend all together. Enjoy hot or over ice!
  2. OPTIONAL ~ Add non-dairy whipped cream and sprinkle Peppermint Candy & Chocolate bits



Pumpkin Spice Protein Donuts🍩



  • 1 3/4 Cups of Almond Flour
  • 1 Scoop Of Thrive Elite Vanilla Protein
  • 1/2 TSP Ground Cinnamon  
  • 1/2 TSP Ground Nutmeg
  • 2 TSP Baking Powder
  • 1/2 TSP Salt
  • 3/4 Cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 1/2 Cup Almond Milk
  • 1/2 Cup Of SWERVE Brown Sugar (recommended)
  • 1/4 Cup Of Lakanto Maple Syrup
  • 1/3 Cup Of Coconut Oil
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1 TSP Vanilla Extract


  • 2 TBSP Ground Cinnamon
  • 2/3 Cup of SWERVE Granulated Sugar (recommended)
  • 4 TBSP Ghee, Melted


  1. Preheat oven to 365 degrees F. Lightly oil a mini muffin pan or coat with nonstick spray.
  2. In a large bowl, combine flour, protein powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, cloves, baking powder and salt.
  3. In a separate large bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, milk, brown sugar, coconut oil, egg and vanilla.
  4. Pour mixture over dry ingredients and stir using a rubber spatula.
  5. Scoop the batter into the muffin pan.
  6. Place into oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until fully cooked on the inside.
  7. To make the cinnamon sugar, combine cinnamon and sugar ~ When the muffins are done, cool for 2 minutes and dip each muffin into the melted butter and then into the cinnamon- sugar mixture.

  • 1 Cup Of Raw Almonds
  • 1 TBSP Of Almond Butter
  • 1 Scoop Of Thrive Elite Vanilla Protein
  • 1/4 Cup Of Raw Coconut Nectar
  • Dash Of Salt
  • 1 TSP Of Ground Ginger
  • 1 TSP Of Ground Cinnamon


  1. Combine all ingredients in food processor.
  2. Pour mixture into bowl.
  3. Roll the mixture into bite sized ball. Keep refrigerated!
