Spring into Health with My Favorite Sweet Treats🍪

As we shake off the winter chill and welcome the vibrant vibes of spring, it’s the perfect time to give our eating habits a little makeover.

 

But don’t worry, I’m not talking about boring salads or plain Jane protein shakes.

 

Oh no, we’re going all in with some delicious, protein-packed recipes that will add a spring to your step while keeping your health goals in check.

 

🍪 1. ELITE Protein Easter Cookies

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 Egg

  • 1/4 Cup of Coconut Oil

  • 1 TBSP of Vanilla Extract

  • 2 Scoops of Thrive Elite Vanilla Protein

  • 1 Cup of Almond Flour (can sub for Coconut)

  • 1/4 Cup of Swerve Sweetener (or sweetener of your choice)

  • 1/4 TSP of Baking Soda

  • Dash of Cinnamon (optional)

  • Pinch of Salt (optional)

  • 1/4 Cup of Chocolate Chips

  • 1/4 Cup of Lily’s M&M’s

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven to 365 degrees

  2. Grab a medium-sized bowl and add egg, coconut oil, and Vanilla Extract. Stir in thoroughly.

  3. Then add all dry ingredients ~ Thrive Elite Protein, Almond Flour, Baking Soda, Sweetener, Cinnamon, and salt.

  4. Combine all ingredients until it forms into a doughy texture.

  5. Fold in Chocolate Chips & M&M’s

  6. Use a cookie scooper to scoop out dough onto a greased cookie sheet

  7. Flatten down cookies (OPTIONAL)

  8. Bake in the oven for 8-10 Minutes (Or until goldened)

  9. Allow cookies to cool down, and then ENJOY!!!

 

🌟 2. ELITE Protein Pods

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 Cups Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 2 Scoops Thrive Elite Vanilla or Chocolate Protein
  • Stevia or Monk Fruit Added To Taste
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Pure Vanilla
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon (optional)
  • 1/3 Cup Chia Seeds

  Instructions:

  1. In a medium bowl whisk together almond milk, ELITE Vanilla Protein, stevia, vanilla and cinnamon. Add chia seeds; whisk to combine.
  2. Let stand at room temperature for 20 minutes, whisking occasionally to distribute chia seeds.
  3. Once the chia seeds have absorbed the liquid and the mixture has thickened, spoon the chia pudding into 4 small glasses. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour to thicken the pods. (The pods can be stored in the fridge up to 2 days.) Enjoy!

 

🍹 3. “All Drunk, No Junk” Margarita

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 Ounces of Tequila (make sure you use quality tequila)
  • 6 Ounces of Club Soda
  • The Juice of 1 Lime (use a citrus press)
  • The Juice of 1⁄2 a Lemon (use a citrus press)
  • 1 Scoop of Thrive Elite BCAAs
  • 1 Lime Wedge for Garnish
  • Rub rim of a chilled rocks glass with lime, and dip the glass into salt to coat (optional)

Instructions

  1. Fill a margarita glass with crushed ice.
  2. Add the tequila, club soda, Thrive Elite BCAAs, and citrus juices.
  3. Stir gently.
  4. Garnish with a lime wedge and jalapeño slice.
  5. Drink mindfully & responsibly, and ENJOY!
