Because it’s a lie!

The NASTY word is…DIET!
D: Dumb, Dreadful, Dangerous
I: Idiotic, Insane, Intimidating
E: Evil, Excruciating, Extreme
T: Terrible, Tortuous, Terrifying
Diets have 3 MAJOR flaws:
1. Diets don’t work!
If diets worked over 70% of our country wouldn’t be overweight. Think about it that one friend we all have that has tried every diet known to man, yep the chubby one. If diets worked, she and the rest of use wouldn’t be battling to get our favorite pants zipped.
2. Diets are built and sold on BS!
Celebrity pitched fad diets are all the rage these days. Companies realized all they have to do is get Kardashian to say she lost weight using diet _________ and the world will buy it. All BS and no science.
That’s as much as I’m going to rant about that because I know you are too smart to fall for that kind of nonsense.
3. Diets are unhealthy and just downright BAD for your body!
The bottom line is that diets are dangerous because they damage an already fragile metabolism. When you go on these extreme fad diets or yo yo from one diet to another your body eventually becomes confused, undernourished and just stops working properly.
This is why you haven’t had any long-term success using the dreaded four letter word!
Solution: Learn how to eat. I know that sounds crazy, but it’s 100% true. When you learn how to eat for your body, you NEVER have to think about “dieting” again.
I hate to say it, but pretty much everything you’ve been taught about eating and food is wrong. Let that sink in for a second…
The good news is it is SUPER easy to learn how to eat for a healthy and happy body.
This is what I mean by “learn how to eat.”
1. Nourishing your body with real food
2. Knowing when and what to eat
3. Understand how much food you need to eat
4. Not depriving or starving yourself
5. Healing your metabolism so that it works for you instead of against you
Now, I think we can all agree on one thing.
Diets don’t work, and they SUCK.
