Whether it’s nutrition, workouts, making money, or relationships, the more challenging we make the process, the greater the likelihood of failure.


Question to ask yourself when you’re ready to make a shift in your life. What’s the most micro-level change/shift I could make that is both sustainable and beneficial to the outcome I desire.


Example: Weight loss ~ For the next two weeks, I will drink 1/2 gallon of water every day.


I know it sounds basic, it’s not sexy, and you won’t get any applause for posting on social media, but it will improve your health.


Making micro-level changes is the key to sustainable, long-term lifestyle enhancements. Stop chasing the quick fix, miracle supplement, and hacks that will have you disappointed and depressed once it fails to produce the “guaranteed” results the guru promised.
