Three Food Additives to Avoid!!!

The three most common food additives used to preserve color, prevent spoilage, and enhance flavor in packaged foods are sulfites, nitrates, and MSG (monosodium glutamate).  Sulfites can cause severe allergic reactions like asthma.  Nitrates combine with amines in foods to form nitrosamines, which can lead to neurological damage or cancer.  Headaches are commonly associated with MSG, and high levels of the substance induce blindness in animals.  Other additives such as artificial colors and flavors also cause cancer in animals.  To live long, avoid additives in foods – when possible, buy all natural.
