2️⃣ Metabolism Magic: Did you know that digesting protein is like an Easter parade for your metabolism? It requires more energy, meaning more calories burned. Incorporate more protein into your meals and watch your metabolism hop into high gear!

This season, why not try some delicious, protein-packed recipes using our Thrive ELITE Protein ? We’ve got a few recipes to keep your Easter festive and healthy:


🍪Almond Butter Espresso Cookies:



✔️¾ Cup Creamy Almond Butter

✔️¾ Cup of Swerve Classic Granular Sweetener

✔️1 Scoop of Thrive Elite Vanilla Protein

✔️1 TBSP Finely Ground Espresso

✔️1 TSP Baking Soda

✔️½ TSP Vanilla Extract

✔️1 Egg



1. Preheat oven to 350°F degrees. Spray your cookie sheet with olive, avocado, or coconut oil.

2. Use a large bowl to mix almond butter & sugar. Then add egg, espresso, Vanilla Protein, baking soda, and vanilla extract. Mix until combined.

3. Use a cookie scoop or spoon to place cookie dough on the baking sheet. Cookies will spread!

4. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Allow cooling for 3-5 minutes on the cookie sheet before gently transferring cookies from the sheet to a cooling rack with a spatula.

5. And ENJOY!


☕️Toasted Cinnamon Vanilla Protein Latte



☕️ 6-8oz of hot coffee of your choice (Coffee amount is up to you ~ we don’t mess around when it comes to coffee)

☕️Desired amount of Almond Milk (or milk of your choice)

☕️1/2 Scoop of Thrive Elite Vanilla Protein (per single cup)

☕️1/2 TBSP of Toasted Cinnamon Elite Collagen

☕️Dash of Cinnamon



1. Brew and pour coffee into your favorite mug

2. Add in milk

3. Add in protein powder and cinnamon

4. GENTLY mix together (**Spillage may occur if mug is too small**)



ELITE Mini Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups


  • 1 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips (We used Lily’s)
  • 1 Scoop of Thrive ELITE Vanilla Protein
  • 1 TBSP of Thrive ELITE Toasted Cinnamon Collagen
  • Creamy Nut Butter (We used Peanut Butter)
  • A few TBSPs of Water



  1. Melt chocolate into creamy chocolatey goodness.
  2. Take your molds and add in a 1/4 TSP of the melted chocolate to the bottom of each cup. Then add to freezer for 10-15 minutes.
  3. The Nut Butter, Protein, and Collagen into a bowl and stir. (If needed, add in a TBSP of water)
  4. Pinch and flatten filling into each cup and top with the remaining melted chocolate.
  5. Store in freezer for 10-15 more minutes until completely hardened and then ENJOY!
