Ingredients:

*Flaxseeds: 1 Tablespoon
*Maca: 1 Tablespoon
*Hemp Hearts: 1 Tablespoon
*Almond Butter: 1 Heaping Tablespoon
*Cinnamon: As much or as little as you like
*Ice: 6 Cubes
*Water: 1 Cup
