Move over Starbucks. We’ve taken the “PSL” to a whole new level ๐Ÿ’๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธโ€‹

Pumpkin Spice Protein Latte

  • 4oz Coffee or Espresso
  • 4oz Almond Milk (or non-dairy milk of your choice)
  • 1 Scoop of Thrive Elite Vanilla Protein
  • 1/2 TBSP of Pumpkin Spiced flavoring
  1. Combine all ingredients and blend all together. Enjoy hot or over ice!


Since the changing of the season, Starbucks has been on the ball with their holiday-inspired PSL. 

Which then inspired me to re-create it by cutting the sugar and adding in Thrive Elite Protein  ๐Ÿ™‚
